Your meals - breakfast and dinner
⦁ they will be served to you, according to your choice, in the dining room or on the terrace, or in the outdoor kitchen and the sanitary measures will not prevent them from being greedy and generous
⦁ the dining room large enough, will allow you to eat your meals at a good distance from other people who may be there
⦁ meals will be prepared in the kitchen (where you will not be able to enter) and which will be disinfected according to the protocol applied to other living spaces

PRIOR INFORMATION
The reservation of rooms is subject to payment of a deposit representing at least 50% of a night's stay. The balance payment is then payable on your arrival or at the latest the next day before your departure.
Article 1: object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner undertakes to personally ensure the reception of holidaymakers with all the desirable attentions to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
Article 2 - Duration of stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3 - Reservation and conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of 2 nights per room chosen and a copy of the contract or quote signed before the date indicated on the reservation contract. The second copy of the contract is to be kept by the customer. Prices are inclusive of all charges.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner.
If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance.

b) If the customer does not appear before 8 p.m. on the scheduled day of the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his

Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the amounts paid.
Article 6 - Arrival
The customer must arrive on the specified day between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner.
Article 7 - Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 7:30 am and 9:00 am. A margin of 1/4 hour before or after this time slot is accepted, at the customer's request.
Article 8 - Payment of the balance
The balance is to be paid on arrival at the owner.
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract or the estimate will be paid at the end of the stay to the owner.
Article 9 - Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.
Article 10 - Use of the premises
The customer must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. No meals can be taken in the rooms. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any degradation for which he could be responsible and assume the repair.
The whole house is a non-smoking area.
Use of the swimming pool, the trampoline and other outdoor games by children are entirely the responsibility of the hosts, the owner is not responsible for any accident occurring during the use of these.
Article 11 - Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to decline the additional customers.
This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Article 12 - Animals
Animals are not allowed. In the event of the departure of a customer motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can be considered.
Article 13 - Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 11:30 am in order to have time to prepare it for new arrivals.
